奇美博物館9/4休館公告
因應海葵颱風來襲，據中央氣象局預報資料顯示，臺南市已達停班、停課標準，臺南市政府宣布停班停課，為顧及民眾安全，本館9/4(一)全日休館。
於外通路購買9/4(一)奇美博物館票券者：
- 可持未經使用之門票或核銷憑證，不限平假日與時段，擇日至博物館售票櫃台更改日期並入館參觀。
- 若無法調整行程而必須退票，可依博物館退票辦法辦理至原通路辦理全額退票，免收相關手續費。
原網路預約團體參觀、導覽服務之民眾，請再次預約擇日參訪。

CHIMEI Museum Closure Notice on September 4
Due to the approach of Typhoon, the affected city of Tainan has reached the standard of work and school suspension as shown in the forecast data from the Central Weather Bureau. Tainan City Government has announced the suspension of work and classes. For the safety of the public, CHIMEI Museum will be closed all day on September 4 (Monday).
For individuals who have purchased CHIMEI Museum tickets for September 4 (Monday) through external channels:
- You can hold onto the unused tickets or proof of purchase and choose another date regardless of weekends or weekdays to visit the Museum by visiting the ticket counter of the Museum.
- If you are unable to reschedule your visit and need to refund your tickets, you can follow the Museum's refund policy to process a full refund through your purchasing channel without incurring any related handling fees.
For individuals who have made online reservations for group visits or guided tour services, please make a new reservation for another date.
