因應山陀兒颱風來襲，臺南市政府宣布停班停課，為顧及民眾安全，本館10/1(二)全日休館。
 

於10/1(二)購買奇美博物館票券者：

原網路預約團體參觀、導覽服務之民眾，請再次預約擇日參訪。

October 1^st  Museum  Closure  Announcement  and  Ticketing  Policy 

Due to the impact of Typhoon Krathon, the city of Tainan has reached the standard of work and school suspension of natural disaster as shown in the forecast data from the Central Weather Bureau. Tainan City Government has announced school and work closure on October 1^st（Tue）, and for the safety of the public, CHIMEI Museum will be closed all day.
 

Tickets to CHIMEI Museum Permanent Exhibition for October 1^st

For tickets purchased through online channels（KLOOK, KKDAY, IBON, TAINAN PASS, Trip.com, ezTravel）, you may visit the permanent exhibition another time by presenting your unused ticket at the museum ticket counter during opening hours. *Wednesdays are not included

If you are unable to adjust your itinerary and need a refund, you may follow the museum ticket refund policy and return to your ticket purchasing channel for a full refund without any handling fees.


** For those who have made reservations for group visit and guided tours, please reschedule for another time.
