已購買7/29(二)【特展】、【常設展】票券之民眾,相關處理辦法如下:

於奇美博物館官網、外通路(Klook、KKday、ibon售票系統、Trip.com、易遊網)購票之民眾,於 2025/8/31前可持未經使用之門票或核銷憑證,至原通路辦理全額退票,免收相關手續費。
- 【實體票券】
請點擊下載申請表單,辦理全額退票,免收相關手續費。
- 網路預約團體及導覽服務者,請擇日預約參訪。

July 29th Museum Closure Announcement and Ticketing Policy
Due to heavy rainfall during the ongoing typhoon recovery, the Tainan City Government has announced the suspension of work and classes on Tuesday, July 29th. For the safety of the public, the CHIMEI Museum will be closed for the entire day.
For visitors purchased tickets for July 29th, please see the ticketing policy below:

For tickets purchased through online channels (Klook, KKday, ibon, Trip.com, ezTravel, please refund your tickets through your purchasing channel before 2025/8/31 without incurring any related handling fees.
