【休館公告】奇美博物館7/29全日不開放

受豪雨影響且正值颱風復原期間等因素，臺南市政府宣布7/29（二）停班停課，為顧及民眾安全，本館7/29(二)全日休館。


已購買7/29(二)【特展】、【常設展】票券之民眾，相關處理辦法如下：

• 【電子票券】
  於奇美博物館官網、外通路（Klook、KKday、ibon售票系統、Trip.com、易遊網）購票之民眾，於 2025/8/31前可持未經使用之門票或核銷憑證，至原通路辦理全額退票，免收相關手續費。
   
• 【實體票券】
  請點擊下載申請表單，辦理全額退票，免收相關手續費。
   
• 網路預約團體及導覽服務者，請擇日預約參訪。

July 29^th　Museum　Closure　Announcement　and　Ticketing　Policy

Due to heavy rainfall during the ongoing typhoon recovery, the Tainan City Government has announced the suspension of work and classes on Tuesday, July 29^th. For the safety of the public, the CHIMEI Museum will be closed for the entire day.

For visitors purchased tickets for July 29^th, please see the ticketing policy below:

  For tickets purchased through online channels (Klook, KKday, ibon, Trip.com, ezTravel, please refund your tickets through your purchasing channel before 2025/8/31 without incurring any related handling fees.
