【休館公告】奇美博物館因8/23豪雨全日不開放

受豪雨影響，臺南市政府宣布8/23(日)停班停課，為顧及民眾安全，本館8/23(日)全日休館。


已購買8/23(日)【特展】、【VR體驗】、【常設展】等當日票券之民眾，相關處理辦法如下：

• 【電子票券】
  於奇美博物館官網、外通路（Klook、KKday、ibon售票系統、Trip.com、易遊網、雄獅旅行社、高鐵國旅聯票）購票之民眾，於 2027/1/10前可持未經使用之門票或核銷憑證，至原通路辦理全額退票，免收相關手續費。
• 【實體票券】
  請點擊下載申請表單，辦理全額退票，免收相關手續費。
• 已預約特展快速入場、團體參訪或導覽服務者，請另擇日期預約參訪。

August 23^rd　Museum　Closure　Announcement　and　Ticketing　Policy

The accumulated rainfall in Tainan City has reached the standard of work and school suspension of natural disaster. Tainan City Government has announced school and work closure on August 23^rd, and for the safety of the public, CHIMEI Museum will be closed all day.

For visitors purchased tickets for August 23^rd, please see the ticketing policy below:

  For tickets purchased through online channels (Klook, KKday, ibon, Trip.com, ezTravel and others), please refund your tickets through your purchasing channel before 2027/1/10 without incurring any related handling fees.
