公告更新：7/25休館、颱風休館票券處理辦法
因應凱米颱風來襲，據中央氣象局預報資料顯示，臺南市已達停班、停課標準，臺南市政府宣布停班停課，為顧及民眾安全，本館7/25(四)全日休館。
7/24(三)、7/25(四)颱風休館之預購票券民眾，請至【原購票通路】辦理全額退費，並可重新擇期預約參觀，相關處理辦法如下：
7/24特展【週三藝享票】

近期將以電子信件提供您後續週三參觀日重新預約之連結，請依信件說明之流程重新預約。 - 【實體票券】
請主動提供您的原購票資訊、聯絡人姓名、電話及E-MAIL至以下信箱，以利提供您重新預約方式。
服務信箱：cmm@chimeimuseum.org - 如您將於週三以外的日期前來，可憑取消訂單的證明，於9/1（日）本特展結束前，至奇美博物館現場售票櫃檯，購買展期間任一場次的特展時段票乙次。

可憑取消訂單的證明，於9/1（日）本特展結束前，至奇美博物館現場售票櫃檯，購買展期間任一場次的特展時段票乙次（週三除外）。
7/25【常設展票】
於各外通路（KLOOK、KKDAY、IBON、台南好玩卡）購票的貴賓，可持未經使用之門票或核銷憑證，不限平假日與時段，擇日至博物館入館參觀（週三除外）。
若無法調整行程而必須退票，可依博物館退票辦法辦理，至原通路辦理全額退票，免收相關手續費。
原網路預約團體參觀、導覽服務之民眾，請再次預約擇日參訪。

【Update】July 25th Museum Closure Announcement and Ticketing Policy
Due to the approach of Typhoon Gaemi, the city of Tainan has reached the standard of work and school suspension of natural disaster as shown in the forecast data from the Central Weather Bureau. Tainan City Government has announced school and work closure on July 25th (Thu) , and for the safety of the public, CHIMEI Museum will be closed all day.
For tickets to July 24th (Wed) and July 25th (Thu), please visit your purchasing channel for a full refund and follow the below methods to reschedule:
Tickets to Masterpieces from the National Gallery, London for July 24th (Wednesday Special)
- For E-Ticket Holders
You will receive a link to make a new reservation for Wednesdays through email, please follow the instructions to reschedule. - For Physical Ticket Holders
Please provide your ticket information and contacts (Name, phone number, and email) to the email below for rescheduling.
Customer Service Email：cmm@chimeimuseum.org - If you wish to visit on a date other than Wednesdays, you may purchase a ticket to any session of the Masterpieces from the National Gallery, London exhibition at CHIMEI Museum Ticket Counter before September 1st with a proof of ticket cancellation for July 24th.

Tickets to CHIMEI Museum Permanent Exhibition for July 25th
For tickets purchased through online channels (KLOOK、KKDAY、IBON、TAINAN PASS) , you may enter the permanent exhibition directly with an unused ticket during opening hours. *Wednesdays are not included
If you are unable to adjust your itinerary and need a refund, you may follow the museum ticket refund policy and return to your ticket purchasing channel for a full refund without any handling fees.
** For those who have made reservations for group visit and guided tours, please reschedule for another time.
