奇美博物館7/26休館公告
因應凱米颱風來襲，臺南市政府宣布停班停課，為顧及民眾安全，本館7/26(五)全日休館。
7/26(五)颱風休館之預購票券民眾，請至【原購票通路】辦理全額退費，並可重新擇期預約參觀，相關處理辦法如下：

於各外通路（KLOOK、KKDAY、IBON、台南好玩卡）購票的貴賓，可持未經使用之門票或核銷憑證，不限平假日與時段，擇日至博物館入館參觀（週三除外）。
若無法調整行程而必須退票，可依博物館退票辦法辦理，至原通路辦理全額退票，免收相關手續費。
原網路預約團體參觀、導覽服務之民眾，請再次預約擇日參訪。

July 26th Museum Closure Announcement and Ticketing Policy
Due to the impact of Typhoon Gaemi, the city of Tainan has reached the standard of work and school suspension of natural disaster as shown in the forecast data from the Central Weather Bureau. Tainan City Government has announced school and work closure on July 26th (Fri) , and for the safety of the public, CHIMEI Museum will be closed all day.
For tickets to July 26th (Fri), please visit your purchasing channel for a full refund and follow the below methods to reschedule:
Tickets to Masterpieces from the National Gallery, London for July 26th
Tickets to CHIMEI Museum Permanent Exhibition for July 26th
For tickets purchased through online channels (KLOOK、KKDAY、IBON、TAINAN PASS) , you may enter the permanent exhibition directly with an unused ticket during opening hours. *Wednesdays are not included
If you are unable to adjust your itinerary and need a refund, you may follow the museum ticket refund policy and return to your ticket purchasing channel for a full refund without any handling fees.
** For those who have made reservations for group visit and guided tours, please reschedule for another time.
