【休館公告】奇美博物館因7/6颱風全日不開放

因應丹娜絲颱風來襲，臺南市政府宣布停班停課，為顧及民眾安全，本館7/6(日)全日休館。


已購買7/6(日)【特展】、【常設展】票券之民眾，相關處理辦法如下：

• 【電子票券】
  於奇美博物館官網、外通路（Klook、KKday、ibon售票系統、Trip.com、易遊網）購票之民眾，於 2025/8/31前可持未經使用之門票或核銷憑證，至原通路辦理全額退票，免收相關手續費。
   
• 【實體票券】
  請點擊下載申請表單，辦理全額退票，免收相關手續費。
   
• 網路預約團體及導覽服務者，請擇日預約參訪。

July 6^th　Museum　Closure　Announcement　and　Ticketing　Policy

Due to the approach of Typhoon DANAS, the city of Tainan has reached the standard of work and school suspension of natural disaster as shown in the forecast data from the Central Weather Bureau. Tainan City Government has announced school and work closure on July 6^th, and for the safety of the public, CHIMEI Museum will be closed all day.

For visitors purchased tickets for July 6^th, please see the ticketing policy below:

  For tickets purchased through online channels (Klook, KKday, ibon, Trip.com, ezTravel, please refund your tickets through your purchasing channel before 2025/8/31 without incurring any related handling fees.
